We hear you, besties! Here are some good questions that our besties likely to ask. Hope you’ll find answers to your own questions and ready to get waxed. If you still have more questions, please feel free to contact us 🙂

We provide waxing service for whole body. Basically you can have your hair removed from face down to legs.

We use only caramel to do our services. The caramel is daily produced and is free of chemical substances and preservatives to ensure freshness and hygiene.

All of our services are for woman and man apart from brazilian, bikini, buttocks. Those services are for woman only.

We do not use hot wax technique to clean up facial hair. Instead, we use threading. Try it and you will be amazed.

Note that all of our waxing services will also be finished up with threading to take out fine hair that is left behind.

Yes you can! We recommend you to assist our therapist by giving them clear information on how you want your eyebrows to be shaped. Our therapist will provide you a small mirror so you can monitor her work. Remember that your left and right eyebrow are not identical thus shaping them perfectly the same is almost impossible.

Both are waxing on groin area. If you take basic bikini we only clean up hair at the sides. Basically to prepare you to wear those cute bikinis. But if you want all hair to be taken out, you may take brazilian wax.

Every three-four weeks, depending on your hair growth. Regular waxing is needed so your skin will be less sensitive to the treatmend. Also, hair follicle will have lesser of a grip on the hair to be pulled so waxing can be easier performed. Maximum twice a month for same area service.

Waxing is not a permanent way to remove hair. But from our experience coarse hair will be lesser and some fine hair will not grow back after regular waxing. A bonus for you, waxing removes some dead skin along with the hair so you will have a brighter skin after your treatment!

  • Allow your hair to grow 1 cm.
  • Make sure that waxing area(s) are clean.
  • Check with your doctor if you are unsure whether you should be waxed while on or using a certain medication.

Waxing is for everyone, but due to some conditions we are enable to provide our services. Please note that we can not serve customer who:

  • Have sensitive skin condition/ irritation/ infection/ sunburn/ sugar allergy.
  • Are under skin/ face/ acne medication on the waxing area.
  • Have varices veins or a diabetic.
  • Recently undergo Caesarean cut/ other surgery on the waxing area.
  • Are in your first and third semester of your pregnancy.

We ask that you discreetly disclose any and all medical conditions should you have one for safety and health reason.

You will feel a bit of discomfort, of course. Especially if you pick a service that is done on sensitive area such as face and groin. However, the pain is actually bearable and not as bad as what you may heard.

Always remember that you can let us or our therapist know if you need to take a breath or slow down especially if you are a first timer.

Nearly everyone who gets body hair waxed, no matter how strong their skin, will endure some redness for a while post-wax. This can vary from being just a bit pink in the treated area for a few hours to having a rash and even red bumps that can last for several days. Even those who get waxed regularly may not be immune.

This most common and unsightly side effect will dissepear by itself and can be mitigated through several easy steps. Ice and cold compresses applied immediately after waxing can bring down the redness considerably.

Do not take hot shower for min 1 day after waxing and minimize the use of any chemical skin care. Swimming and sun bathing are also not recommended for around 2 days after. Basically, your pores are open and your skin might be irritated after waxing so give them time to heal.

Meet the ingrowns! Ingrown hair is a condition where hair curls back or grows sideways into the skin.

They can occur when hair, instead of being removed, break off under the skin and the skin becomes inflamed when re-growth starts.

Anyone can get an ingrown hair. But the problem is more common in people who have very curly or coarse hair. If you shave regularly, you are also more likely to have ingrowns as the hair that grows back has a sharper edge making it easier to get trapped under the surface. We recommend you to use scrub and moisturizer regulary to avoid ingrowns.

If you are about to be a bride or planning to attend a special occasion and never tried waxing before, please at least come once before your big day to see how your skin reacts. If no problem occurs, come back a week before the event.

We have a compact space so accommodating more than 1 customer and 1 therapist is not possible. Limiting exposure to our waxing kit is also essential, as we need to maintain our quality of service and hygiene.

Our waxing kit can be dangerous to your kids, especially young kids, therefore it’s safer for them to stay in the lobby. Don’t worry our staff can help looking after them while you’re enjoying your treatment.

We recommend you to book if you are planning to visit around end of month, weekends, lunch time, days before big holiday (such as Hari Raya Lebaran, Christmas, New Year). You can book via or call our store directly.

To be fair to all customers, we will consider you a walk in customer if you are more than 15 mins late. This means you will need to join the queue if there is any.

Feel free to take photos (selfie!) in our lobby and shop front area. But we kindly ask you not to record video and take pictures of our therapy room to maintain confidentiality, privacy and our trademark.

Of course, feel free to do it. You can directly give the tips to our therapist.

We accept your feedback with open hands. If our service is not satisfactory you can send us email to or fill in complaint book available at all of our stores (at cashier counter). We will treat all email confidential and respond to your email in max. 2 working days.

Not at the moment. But please drop us an email if you are interested. We’ll keep you posted should we have an opportunity for a partnership/ franchise.
